LeadStack.biz User Guide: Updating Your Lead Contact Information

Your leads are sent to the email address and phone number associated with your LeadStack.biz account. To ensure you always receive your leads promptly, please keep this information up to date.

1. Log In to Your Account

  1. Go to the LeadStack.biz login page.

  2. Enter your username/email and password to log in.

  3. Once logged in, navigate to your "My Account" area.

2. Update Your Email Address

The email address for lead notifications is your primary account email.

  1. From your "My Account" dashboard, look for a tab or link labeled "Account details" or "Edit account".

  2. On this page, you should see fields for your "Email address" or "Account email".

  3. Enter your new desired email address in the appropriate field.

  4. Scroll down and click the "Save changes" or "Save address" button.

3. Update Your Phone Number

The phone number for SMS lead notifications is typically linked to your billing phone number in your account.

  1. From your "My Account" dashboard, look for a tab or link labeled "Addresses" or "Billing address".

  2. Click on "Edit" under the "Billing Address" section.

  3. On the billing address form, locate the "Phone" field.

  4. Enter your new desired phone number. Ensure it includes your country code if necessary (e.g., +44 for UK numbers).

  5. Scroll down and click the "Save Address" button.

Once you have updated both your email and phone number, all future leads and notifications will be sent to your new contact details.
